For the last 8 years her mission has been to help busy women feel good in their bodies without all the rules and restrictions of diet culture. We talk about how the culture we grow up in shapes our body goals and why diets and workout programs don’t cut it over the long run. Chardét also shares why getting your „dream body“ has nothing to do with what you eat and how you train in the first place. Crazy, right?
